Leadership Defined is a structured, evidence-led diagnostic that shows how leadership is currently operating, not how it’s intended to.
It provides clarity on:
- leadership strengths and constraints
- decision-making patterns under pressure
- readiness for scale, change, or increased responsibility
- where leadership effort is helping or hindering results
This is the foundation for everything that follows.

The Defy Expectations approach
Step 1: Leadership Defined (required)
A paid diagnostic for individuals or leadership groups.
Step 2: Executive decision debrief
A focused review of the findings and what they mean in practice.
Step 3: Recommendation: One of three outcomes:
- 1:1 coaching is recommended
- Leadership Academy participation is recommended
- No further work is required at this stage
We don’t add work for the sake of it.
